You agree that these terms and conditions apply to your purchase of all products and services that we offer on our website. In addition to these terms and conditions, you also agree that any terms and conditions Soccer Company is obliged to impose by licensors of products it offers on our website will apply to your use of those products. These terms and conditions prevail over such licensors' terms and conditions in the event of conflict or inconsistency. Where our website states that a product or service is only available for residents of the UK, you confirm that you are resident in the UK.

2. Contract

A binding contract for the sale and purchase of goods and/or services between you and Soccer Company will only come into effect when Soccer Company has received full and final payment from you. Soccer Company is not obliged to accept any order/ purchase request you submit.

Soccer Companys maximum liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from your purchase and use of the products and/or services is to the purchase price paid by you to Soccer Company for the products and /or services. Soccer Company is not liable to you under any circumstances for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data you suffer arising as a result of your purchase and use of the products and /or services. Soccer Company does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

5. Delivery

Soccer Company will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you within an agreed period of time on confirmation of your order. Due to fraudulent use of credit cards we will only despatch goods to the card holders address, no other address will be accepted.

6. Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

The above regulations entitle all customers to a 7 day approval period exclusive to those goods having print, numbers or badges applied, and provided the garments remain in the same state as when purchased, in which a customer can cancel and return their order.

8. Conditions of Sale

Any goods that are not required should be returned in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you the cost of the goods in full provided no print or numbers or badges has been applied. We offer a sample service for customers who wish to check sizes before customizing the kits. Please take full advantage as we can not refund bespoke garments. Until you return the goods, you should keep them in safe custody. We collect returns if we are responsible for any errors or orders or delivery. Any unwanted items should be returned but the cost of carriage is bourn by the customer. All prices are cash prices inclusive of VAT at the rates applying at the time of going to press. After going to press, prices may have to be altered, due to circumstances beyond the control of Soccer Company, e.g. an increase in VAT, in which case the new price will be shown on the order acknowledgement. Upon receipt of your order acknowledgement you must inform us of any inaccuracies within 2 working days to prevent any un-refundable situations arising. When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock, we seek to deliver within 14 days of approving your order this may change at peak season. We will otherwise give you an indication of likely delivery. In some circumstances, if an article is unavailable, we might send a selected alternative. If it is not suitable then you can return it at no cost to you. All kit sets include socks as shown on the image however in some circumstances we may send alternatives socks that match the kits. The socks shown can not be changed however additional socks can be purchased if alternative colour ways are desired. Soccer Company reserves the right to accept in part or in full, or decline any order placed in respect of the catalogue. We reserve the right to charge for our costs which will not exceed £15.00 per event in respect of any of the following events; dispatch of any reminder letter or other communication, "refer to drawer" cheques or other failure to honour any method of payment or to transfer your account to a debt collection department or agency. Only credit/debit card orders can be taken over the website. All orders paid by cheque or postal order must be placed in writing. Until payment in full is received your order will not be processed and stock will not be allocated or reserved. Personal callers in to our showroom must pay by credit/debit card, cash or personal cheque with guarantee card. Club cheques will be accepted to place an order but the order will not be processed or goods will not be released until the cheque is cleared. If light coloured kits are purchased then due consideration must be made to the likelihood of stains. We will not exchange later.

9. Price

While Soccer Company tries to ensure that prices stated on our website are accurate, the prices stated on our website are indicative only and we are not responsible for errors in these prices. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Soccer Company only offers for sale goods from its Catalogue or Website. All prices are VAT inclusive where VAT is chargeable. Where VAT is not chargeable nor accountable to the HM Customs & Excise or similar authority within a member state of the European Union, no discount is given on prices stated in the catalogue. The prices stated in the catalogue represent cash prices inclusive of any VAT liability. Where VAT is chargeable, Soccer Company reserves the right to amend its prices to reflect any changes in VAT during the catalogue season. Any new prices will appear on the invoice.

For the purpose of fulfilling any contract you have entered into with Soccer Company we may be required to disclose your personal information to contracted third party suppliers where this is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. All third party suppliers are legally forbidden from using your personal information for any other reason than fulfilling our contractual obligations to you. By purchasing a service from Soccer Company you thereby consent to your personal information being passed to third party suppliers where necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and prevent unauthorised access of the account.

11. General

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Soccer Company relating to the use of the soccerkits.com website. If any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. Soccer Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
