We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. When goods are in our warehouse and are in stock, we seek to deliver within 14 days of approving your order (this may change in peak season).
All goods will need to be signed for. For a refund or exchange, all goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please enclose your original invoice. In the first instance, please contact us either by telephone or email at worldsales@soccerkits.com in order to arrange approval of your return.
All goods must be in the original condition as purchased and must not have been worn. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to prevent product loss.
If you are returning product because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund postage costs. No refunds or exchanges can be given on customised items.
