When can I expect delivery?

Customers can expect delivery within 5 days, however we can often provide next day delivery in non-busy periods. Please also allow at least up to 14 days depending on the details of the order, especially where customisation is required. This period may be longer in peak season

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery is £7.50 on orders under £140, £12 on other standard orders to mainland UK. Customers should be aware that deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and wil require a signature

We are a school/charity how do we order from your website?

Schools and charities can purchase our products with a purchase order as well as the usual payment methods.

How do I know which sizes to buy?

If you could refer to the size guide at the top of the page or just give us a call.

Is there a minimum order for customisation?

Yes, the minimum order for customisation is 6 garments.

Is there is set up charge for customisation?

Yes, there is a set up charge for new customers. (Please see customisation at the top of the page.) 

Is there a minimum order for kits?

There is no minimum order for Soccer Company products, however the prices shown on the website are for orders of six or more kits, if you would like to order less than six kits please give us a call. We may also offer discounts on large orders. Please call to discuss bulk orders or for multiple teams. 

There is a minimum order of 10 garments for the Givova brand. However if you require a Givova sample, please call. 

Who should cheques be made payable to?

Please make cheques payable to "Football Kitz N Pieces Ltd". Please send along with details of your order

How do I change my order?

Please call us as soon as possible on with your order reference number. If product has already been customised, it may not be possible to make certain changes

Can you offer discounts for larger orders?

If you have an order for 5 teams or more, please call us and ask for a designated staff member that will discuss with you.

How do I cancel my order?

Please call us as soon as possible with your order reference number. We are unable to cancel orders already customised.

How can I make a complaint?

How do I care for my kit?

Caring for your garments may be subject to minor discolouring as a result of normal wear and staining from only partially washed off substances e.g. grass and mud. Please follow garment care labels as appropriate to minimise any chance of colour loss. Avoid leaving kit bundled together or piled up whilst damp. Folowing use, soak in warm water with an appropriate (non chlorine bleach based) detergent for approximately 2 hours prior to machine washing. This process aids the removal of stains and reduces the chance of colour loss. Do not over fill washing machine as dirt can be re-posited and seriously alter colouring. Soccerkits.Com will not accept liability for any discolouration caused by foreign matter other than those used in the manufacturing of the material.

For transfers and badges, please turn the garment inside out and wash on a 40 degrees centigrade cycle to prevent abrasion and colours running during wash. SoccerKits.com is unable to provide advice concerning decorative additions other then those it supplies and will not accept responsibility for damaged/discolouration caused by the application of other decorative products.

Do not use bleaching agents, biological wash powders or spot removers on the garment - this may damage your transfer. Do not iron directly on transfer, turn shirt inside out - excess heat may damage your transfer. Do not scrub the transfer. Do not dry clean.
